Cumbria Family Law now offer legal aid mediation

At the beginning of February we were awarded a legal aid contract in family mediation. We are therefore now able to offer legal aid mediation at our offices in Carlisle and Whitehaven, to anyone who is financial eligibility.

Even if you are not eligible for legal aid, if your ex partner is eligible the legal aid scheme will cover the cost of the first joint legal aid session regardless of your income.

If you or somebody you know need help resolving children or financial issues on divorce or separation, family mediation is worth considering before heading off to court!
