Experience
David qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has practised exclusively in family law since qualification. He deals with all aspects of Family Law but has particular expertise in child cases including:
- child contact disputes
- residence disputes
- applications to remove children from the country
- special guardianship applications; and
- care and supervision proceedings issued by local authorities.
Accreditations
David is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and represents parents, grandparents and children in child law proceedings throughout Cumbria.
