What next? Call to make an appointment
Once you have successfully completed the assessment and obtained your evidence please call to arrange an appointment to discuss your case and complete the legal aid application.
Please bring to the appointment evidence of your income and additional evidence. We will not be able to apply for legal aid without the evidence.
What if you don't qualify
If you don't qualify for legal aid we offer an initial 1/2 hour consultation service at a fixed cost of £72 (inc vat). During this consultation we will give you preliminary advice about your case including any emergency steps you need to take and your dispute resolution options.
