Fixed fee divorce costs
We charge a fixed fee of £199 + VAT (£40) = £238.80.
You will also need to pay a court fee of £593*
Total cost = £831.80.
* If you are on a low income you may qualify for a Court Fee exemption. Please ask for further details during your case assessment.

Additional expenses if your spouse evades service and we to trace your spouse or arrange bailiff service.
If there are complications, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity and give you the best estimate of the likely costs.
