They contain important information and guidance to assist you and us in preparing your case. There are a number of documents for downloading on this page. The documents are in PDF format. To view them you will need a PDF viewer. If you do not already have one installed on your computer you can download a copy of Adobe Reader. - Click to Download Adobe Reader.

Step 2 - Complete online application questionnaire

To make a children application please complete our online children application questionnaire (see below). After you have completed the questionnaire we will prepare the draft application and email / send it to you for approval. There is guidance to help you as you complete the questionnaire, but if you have any further queries please call or email us and we will answer your queries as quickly as possible.

Step 3 - Do you wish to apply for a court fee exemption? If yes, please download the application form

The court fees payable when filing a Children Application are currently £215, payable when issuing the application with the court. If you are in receipt of state benefits or on a low income your may qualify for a court fee exemption or remission. To apply, you will need to complete an application and submit original evidence of means to the court with the divorce papers prepared by us. The court will then assess whether you are entitled to a fee exemption. - Click to download Court fee Exemption Form.

Step 4 - What next?

After you have submitted the questionnaire, if we need to clarify your responses we will contact you before finalising the the draft application papers. Once we are happy with the draft papers we will email them to you for final approval. After you have approved the application papers we will then arrange to issue the application at court. We will then manage the process for you.
